1. Registrace a platba
Registrace je považována za závaznou po odeslání registračního formuláře a uhrazení plné ceny vstupného. Pořadatel si vyhrazuje právo registraci v odůvodněných případech odmítnout nebo zrušit.
2. Storno podmínky
Zrušení účasti účastníkem

Více než 30 dní před začátkem akce: vrácení 100 % uhrazeného vstupného.

20–30 dní před začátkem akce: vrácení 80 % uhrazeného vstupného.
-
Méně než 20 dní před začátkem akce: bez nároku na vrácení vstupného.
Účastník může bezplatně převést svou registraci na jinou osobu po předchozím písemném oznámení pořadateli nejpozději 7 dní před začátkem akce.
Zrušení akce pořadatelem
V případě zrušení akce ze strany pořadatele bude účastníkům vrácena plná výše uhrazeného vstupného. Pořadatel nenese odpovědnost za náklady na dopravu, ubytování, víza, pojištění ani jiné související výdaje.
3. Změna programu
Pořadatel si vyhrazuje právo změnit program, harmonogram, přednášející, workshopy, obsah jednotlivých bloků, místo konání nebo formát akce. Tyto změny nezakládají nárok na vrácení vstupného.
4. Jazyk akce
Přednášky, workshopy a praktické bloky mohou probíhat v českém nebo anglickém jazyce. Vybrané části programu mohou být tlumočeny. Pořadatel negarantuje tlumočení všech částí programu.
5. Praktické workshopy
Účast na praktických workshopech a hands-on blocích je dobrovolná a probíhá na vlastní odpovědnost účastníka. Vybrané praktické bloky mohou být zpoplatněny samostatným registračním poplatkem. Kapacita je omezená.
6. Fotografování a natáčení
Během akce mohou být pořizovány fotografie, videozáznamy a další audiovizuální materiály. Účastí na akci účastník souhlasí s tím, že může být zachycen na těchto materiálech, které mohou být použity pro marketingové, vzdělávací, dokumentační a propagační účely pořadatele, včetně použití na webových stránkách, sociálních sítích, tiskových materiálech a v budoucích marketingových kampaních.
7. Odpovědnost
Účast na akci je dobrovolná a na vlastní odpovědnost. Pořadatel nenese odpovědnost za ztrátu, odcizení nebo poškození osobních věcí ani za škody vzniklé účastníkům v důsledku jejich vlastního jednání.
8. Vyšší moc
Pořadatel nenese odpovědnost za zrušení, odložení nebo změnu akce z důvodu vyšší moci, zejména přírodních katastrof, epidemií, pandemických opatření, státních omezení, bezpečnostních hrozeb, stávek nebo jiných okolností mimo kontrolu pořadatele.
9. Chování účastníků
Pořadatel si vyhrazuje právo bez náhrady ukončit účast osobě, která svým chováním narušuje průběh akce, ohrožuje ostatní účastníky nebo porušuje pokyny pořadatele.
10. Autorská práva
Veškeré prezentace, výukové materiály, metodiky, fotografie, videa a další obsah akce jsou chráněny autorským právem. Bez předchozího písemného souhlasu pořadatele není dovoleno jejich kopírování, šíření, nahrávání ani komerční využití.
11. Ochrana osobních údajů (GDPR)
Pořadatel zpracovává osobní údaje účastníků v souladu s Nařízením Evropského parlamentu a Rady (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).
Zpracovávány mohou být zejména:

jméno a příjmení,

e-mailová adresa,
-
telefonní číslo,
-
fakturační údaje,
-
profesní údaje uvedené při registraci.
Údaje jsou zpracovávány za účelem:

registrace a organizace akce,
-
komunikace s účastníky,
-
vystavení účetních a daňových dokladů,
-
plnění zákonných povinností,
-
zasílání organizačních informací souvisejících s akcí,
-
zasílání informací o budoucích odborných akcích, školeních a novinkách pořadatele.
Osobní údaje nebudou prodávány ani poskytovány třetím stranám s výjimkou partnerů nezbytných pro organizaci akce nebo případů vyžadovaných zákonem.
Účastník má právo na přístup ke svým údajům, jejich opravu, výmaz, omezení zpracování, přenositelnost údajů, odvolání souhlasu a podání stížnosti u Úřadu pro ochranu osobních údajů.

12. Rozhodné právo
Tyto podmínky se řídí právním řádem České republiky. Veškeré spory budou řešeny příslušnými soudy České republiky.

1. Registration & Payment
Registration is considered binding upon submission of the registration form and payment of the full participation fee. The Organizer reserves the right to reject or cancel a registration in justified cases.
2. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation by Participant

More than 30 days before the event: 100% refund of the participation fee paid.

20–30 days before the event: 80% refund of the participation fee paid.

Less than 20 days before the event: no refund.
Participants may transfer their registration to another person free of charge by notifying the Organizer in writing no later than 7 days before the event.
Cancellation by Organizer
If the event is cancelled by the Organizer, participants will receive a full refund of the participation fee paid.
The Organizer shall not be responsible for travel expenses, accommodation costs, visa fees, insurance costs, or any other expenses incurred in connection with participation in the event.
3. Program Changes
The Organizer reserves the right to modify the program, schedule, speakers, workshops, session content, venue, or event format if necessary. Such changes shall not entitle participants to any refund.
4. Event Language
Lectures, workshops, and practical sessions may be conducted in Czech or English. Selected parts of the program may be interpreted. The Organizer does not guarantee interpretation of all sessions.
5. Practical Workshops
Participation in practical workshops and hands-on sessions is voluntary and at the participant's own risk.
Selected practical sessions may require an additional registration fee. Capacity is limited and places are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
The Organizer reserves the right to refuse participation in a practical session for safety or organizational reasons.
6. Photography & Recording
Photographs, video recordings, and other audiovisual materials may be created during the event.
By attending the event, participants acknowledge and agree that they may appear in such materials, which may be used by the Organizer for marketing, educational, documentary, and promotional purposes, including publication on websites, social media platforms, printed materials, and future marketing campaigns.
7. Liability
Participation in the event is voluntary and at the participant's own responsibility.
The Organizer shall not be liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings, nor for any injury, damage, or loss resulting from the participant's own actions or negligence.
8. Force Majeure
The Organizer shall not be liable for cancellation, postponement, interruption, or modification of the event due to force majeure, including but not limited to natural disasters, epidemics, pandemics, governmental restrictions, security threats, strikes, or any circumstances beyond the Organizer's reasonable control.
9. Participant Conduct
The Organizer reserves the right to remove any participant from the event without refund if their behavior disrupts the event, endangers other participants, or violates Organizer instructions.
10. Intellectual Property
All presentations, educational materials, methodologies, photographs, videos, and other event content are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
Without prior written permission from the Organizer, participants may not reproduce, record, distribute, publish, share, or commercially use any event materials or content.
11. GDPR & Privacy Policy
The Organizer processes personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and other applicable data protection laws.

12. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the Czech Republic.
Any disputes arising from participation in the event shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Czech Republic.

1. Anmeldung und Zahlung
Die Anmeldung wird mit dem Absenden des Anmeldeformulars und dem vollständigen Eingang der Teilnahmegebühr verbindlich.
Der Veranstalter behält sich das Recht vor, Anmeldungen in begründeten Fällen abzulehnen oder zu stornieren.
2. Stornierungsbedingungen
Stornierung durch Teilnehmer

Mehr als 30 Tage vor Veranstaltungsbeginn: 100 % Rückerstattung der gezahlten Teilnahmegebühr.

20–30 Tage vor Veranstaltungsbeginn: 80 % Rückerstattung der gezahlten Teilnahmegebühr.

Weniger als 20 Tage vor Veranstaltungsbeginn: keine Rückerstattung.
Eine kostenfreie Übertragung der Anmeldung auf eine Ersatzperson ist möglich, sofern der Veranstalter spätestens 7 Tage vor Veranstaltungsbeginn schriftlich informiert wird.
Absage durch den Veranstalter
Bei einer Absage der Veranstaltung durch den Veranstalter wird die Teilnahmegebühr vollständig zurückerstattet.
Der Veranstalter haftet nicht für Reise-, Unterkunfts-, Visa-, Versicherungs- oder sonstige Kosten, die Teilnehmern im Zusammenhang mit der Veranstaltung entstehen.
3. Programmänderungen
Der Veranstalter behält sich das Recht vor, das Programm, den Zeitplan, die Referenten, Workshops, Inhalte einzelner Programmpunkte, den Veranstaltungsort oder das Veranstaltungsformat zu ändern.
Solche Änderungen begründen keinen Anspruch auf Rückerstattung der Teilnahmegebühr.
4. Veranstaltungssprache
Vorträge, Workshops und praktische Einheiten können auf Tschechisch oder Englisch stattfinden.
Einzelne Programmpunkte können gedolmetscht werden. Der Veranstalter garantiert jedoch keine Übersetzung aller Programmbestandteile.
5. Praktische Workshops
Die Teilnahme an praktischen Workshops und Hands-on-Sessions erfolgt freiwillig und auf eigenes Risiko.
Für ausgewählte praktische Workshops können zusätzliche Teilnahmegebühren erhoben werden.
Die Teilnehmerzahl ist begrenzt. Die Vergabe der Plätze erfolgt nach Reihenfolge der Anmeldung.
Der Veranstalter behält sich das Recht vor, Teilnehmer aus Sicherheits- oder Organisationsgründen von praktischen Einheiten auszuschließen.
6. Foto- und Videoaufnahmen
Während der Veranstaltung können Foto-, Video- und andere audiovisuelle Aufnahmen erstellt werden.
Mit der Teilnahme an der Veranstaltung erklärt sich der Teilnehmer damit einverstanden, dass er auf solchen Aufnahmen erscheinen kann.
Diese Aufnahmen dürfen vom Veranstalter für Marketing-, Werbe-, Bildungs- und Dokumentationszwecke verwendet werden, insbesondere auf Websites, in sozialen Medien, in Druckmaterialien sowie in zukünftigen Marketingkampagnen.
7. Haftung
Die Teilnahme an der Veranstaltung erfolgt freiwillig und auf eigene Verantwortung.
Der Veranstalter haftet nicht für Verlust, Diebstahl oder Beschädigung persönlicher Gegenstände.
Ebenso haftet der Veranstalter nicht für Schäden, Verletzungen oder Verluste, die durch eigenes Verhalten oder eigenes Verschulden des Teilnehmers entstehen.
8. Höhere Gewalt
Der Veranstalter haftet nicht für die Absage, Verschiebung, Unterbrechung oder Änderung der Veranstaltung aufgrund höherer Gewalt.
Hierzu zählen insbesondere Naturkatastrophen, Epidemien, Pandemien, behördliche Maßnahmen, Sicherheitsbedrohungen, Streiks oder andere Umstände außerhalb des Einflussbereichs des Veranstalters.
9. Verhalten der Teilnehmer
Der Veranstalter behält sich das Recht vor, Teilnehmer ohne Anspruch auf Rückerstattung von der Veranstaltung auszuschließen, wenn deren Verhalten:

den Ablauf der Veranstaltung stört,

andere Teilnehmer gefährdet oder belästigt,
-
gegen Anweisungen des Veranstalters verstößt,
-
dem Ruf oder den Interessen der Veranstaltung schadet.
10. Urheberrechte
Alle Präsentationen, Schulungsunterlagen, Methoden, Fotografien, Videos und sonstigen Veranstaltungsinhalte sind urheberrechtlich geschützt.
Ohne vorherige schriftliche Zustimmung des Veranstalters ist es untersagt:

Inhalte zu kopieren,

Inhalte aufzuzeichnen,
-
Inhalte weiterzugeben,
-
Inhalte zu veröffentlichen,
-
Inhalte kommerziell zu nutzen,
-
Livestreams oder professionelle Audio- bzw. Videoaufnahmen anzufertigen.
11. Datenschutz (DSGVO)
Der Veranstalter verarbeitet personenbezogene Daten gemäß der Verordnung (EU) 2016/679 (Datenschutz-Grundverordnung – DSGVO) sowie den geltenden Datenschutzgesetzen.
Folgende personenbezogene Daten können verarbeitet werden:

12. Anwendbares Recht
Diese Allgemeinen Geschäftsbedingungen unterliegen dem Recht der Tschechischen Republik.
Für sämtliche Streitigkeiten im Zusammenhang mit der Teilnahme an der Veranstaltung sind ausschließlich die zuständigen Gerichte der Tschechischen Republik zuständig.
